Last Friday, the Election Commission made the Lok Sabha election schedule (Lok Sabha Election 2024) public. From April 19 to June 1, there will be seven phases for the Lok Sabha elections. June 4 is when the votes will be counted. UPSC has decided to postpone the examination that will be handled in the meantime.

The notice from the Commission states that the Indian Forest Service Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination-2024 has been postponed from May 26 to June 16, 2024, due to the General Election schedule.
