Price Reduction for FTL and Commercial Cylinders
Prices for 5 kg FTL (Free Trade LPG) cylinders and 19 kg commercial cylinders have been reduced, according to the oil marketing companies. The price of a 19 kg commercial cylinder will drop by ₹30.50 as of April 1, 2024, when the change goes into effect. Beginning on April 1, the new rate in New Delhi is ₹1764.50. According to news agency ANI, the cost of the 5 kg FTL cylinder has been reduced by ₹7.50.

The previous news by oil marketing companies on March 1st, regarding the increase in rates for commercial liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders, precedes this change in cylinder prices. During that period, OMCs declared a rise in the cost of commercial liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) gas cylinders, raising the cost of 19 kg LPG gas cylinders by ₹25.
