At least 16 iPhone applications are expected to receive several new features and improvements from the much awaited operating system, according to reports from MacRumors, Mark Gurman of Bloomberg, and other sources. In order to improve the user experience overall, i0S 18 will make use of generative AI technology to let Siri and Spotlight reply to increasingly sophisticated inquiries and search queries.
