Buttons: 6 tips to quickly get rid of an ugly spotlight
Young skin or not, no one is safe from a rash of pimples. Indeed, there are a thousand and one reasons for the presence of spots on our pretty peach skin. Here are five tips to help you get rid of them for good!

Are pimples your pet peeve? We can understand your stance. And the effort it costs you not to pierce the ugly spot that has intruded right in the middle of your nose. React to this outbreak of pimples, it will no longer have a say!

1/ A balanced diet

And yes, regardless of your age, you may see a rash of pimples due to your diet. Unhealthy sugars (milk chocolates, candies, and other snacks filled with bad sugars) are likely to speed up the process. So eat a balanced diet, exercise, and get enough sleep. This is the key to minimizing skin breakage! If it doesn’t work and pimples are resistant, follow these tips to get rid of them faster.

2/ Disinfect the ugly pimple

The first step in the hunt for pimples: disinfection! If you see a spot on the tip of your nasty nose, be prepared to attack it and abuse the disinfectant, to be applied if you can’t stop yourself from piercing it. But as a general rule, and contrary to your habits (and probably those of most girls on this planet), it’s better not to pierce it. It can become over-infected and will take much longer to disappear. It’s not always easy to accept a blackhead or white spot, but at least you won’t have any after-effects (pierced pimples often leave nasty marks), and you won’t keep it for as long. And then, you’ll be the one and only one to assume it (well, we’re not sure about the degree of conviction of this last reason…)!

3/ Toothpaste is applied on redness

A simple and economical tip to reduce redness around the area of the nasty pimple: toothpaste. The paste will help you dry the pimple while soothing any irritation. You can, for example, apply a thin layer to clean skin before going to bed (this will prevent curious looks); the next day your pimple should be much less visible.

4/ We take our cider vinegar out of the kitchen cupboard

Another moderately priced trick to dry out a badly placed pimple: cider vinegar that has been waiting wisely in its bottle forgotten for months in your kitchen cupboard. With its antiseptic virtues, in addition to drying out an acne pimple, this vinegar helps rebalance the skin’s pH level. Pour a few drops in a glass and mix them with 2 tablespoons of water. Then soak a cotton pad and gently pat the pimple. Leave to dry for 10 minutes and then rinse with clear water.

5/ Test the green clay

A little harder to find at home, green clay is however an excellent natural way to purify your skin and get rid of that nasty pustule. You can find green clay in ready-to-use tubes in most organic shops for less than 10 euros. Apply a dab of paste to the pimple and leave it on overnight. Rinse with lukewarm water the next morning.

6/ A cure with essential oils

Aromatherapy is the science of essential oils. This natural technique has been used for thousands of years to care for the skin. For example, you can use lemon (or tea tree) essential oil to disinfect a pimple and see it quickly disappear. Be careful, essential oils should be consumed in moderation. Therefore, apply only a small quantity, which you will renew morning and evening, on perfectly clean skin.

Say goodbye to spots and pimples with these practical tips!
